Ovrpricy designer stuff, but a few things decently priced. A lot of lovely underbusts and double breasted waistcoats. Also some decent looking spats with cute little pockets for quite a low price.
'Not enough' and 'dapper' is tautological in my opinion.

For any one in the Land of Oz looking for decent absinthe, not that cheap rubbish available in our local stores, I heartily recommend

http://www.absinthesalon.com.au.

Excellent selection of traditional absinthe, and all of the accoutrements that go with it.

If it is any concern, we have just relaunched our website with new products including new men's vested corsets and Bolero short jackets for the ladies (outside of our normal compliment of women's corsets)

Fine yet affordable corsets.
Custom and hard to find items and supplies.

I came across this little wooden musical box today. The nifty thing about it is that, instead of playing music by permanently-mounted knobs plucking against the metal fingers, it uses strips of paper--and you can make your own.

I don't own one yet myself, so I can't speak to the quality or value, but it does look like a cool little thing, and might be useful in a larger project.

It's just under 5" x 4" x 2", and goes for $27.

I have started selling Steampunk corsets, skirts, dresses and accessories.  It would be fantastic if a list was complied and I could be added.

This is a good list, the odd broken link. But a good source. Apart from a passion for twisted victorians, one are of a business I have may be of interest here. I have a passion for pocket watches and have a shop which retails Woodford ones, they started trading in 1860, so buying a genuine pocket watch may be better than buying from the  really cheap end of this market.
Some are really magical, well, they look it. I will post an image.

The link is

Mycroft Holmes chose one of the Woodford range when filming for 'Sherlock' played Mark Gatiss.  Props are great, but props which are wonderful are fantastic.

Drew P

It would be nice to have the movement caliber listed for all of the watches.

I've known about Raymond's Quiet Press for years; Raymond makes very nice cast bronze jewellery for the SCA and I have bought several pieces from him over the years; but as I was perusing his site this morning I see he's added a Steampunk page!

His Steamy offerings are mainly very nice pins/pendants, so if you're looking for something to make a medal around, he is definitely worth a look! Heck, worth a look anyways. I can vouch for the quality of his works.

(Sorry these are huge; they display much smaller on his site for some reason. Must be some background coding going on...)

I swear I'm not affiliated with them; I just get emailed promotions. *Grin* But they've got a huge sale on at Corset Story again: Any three Steampunk items for $150. They've got some really gorgeous stuff there but unfortunately it's mostly the smaller sizes left; nothing I wanted was still available in my size. :( However, they still have a good range of corsets, skirts, coats, shrugs, fascinators--all sorts of stuff. Still, worth checking out! They say to use the code "STEAMCAPTAINUS" at the checkout. No idea how long it's on for, I'm afraid.

Well, I might as well share my own site. I created a fictional airship city in my mind and called it the Zeppelin Bay. I have a few pieces of steampunk clothing, accessories and wall art, but I plan to add many more to it.

Where I like to differentiate my site from others is that I write a fictional story about each and every item that I sell. While of course selling is the main goal, I'd like to give actual value. Else I won't feel like the earnings were deserved.

Well, here it is: https://zeppelinbay.com

It would be awesome if I could get some fine craftsmen and craftswomen from here to allow me to sell their goods on the site. I would take care of advertising and all the boring stuff that happens outside the workshop. Oh, and of course I would write a story about the item too. I'm obsessed with that. Hit me up if you're interested  :)

One Stop Steampunk

Hello, I just joined this forum. Going to be spending a lot of time around here!

I have opened my own steampunk store recently. and would love some feedback and a little exposure!

The goal with my store is to have a huge selection of products from all kinds of clothing, to accessories, home decor and more. Furthermore, to build a huge community of steampunk lovers through facebook and instagram. And in the future, host steampunk festivals.
The goal is to allow customers to create any kind of steampunk style they would like. I have a lot of ideas. Sooner than later, I want to encorpate a page that allows you to select what kind of steampunk style you would like to build, then allow you to drag and drop from all the products with those tags, onto an avatar to build a highly customizable outfit and see how it would look. Allowing you to make it perfect and then buy all with one click.

Check out the store here. If you like it, a link in the original post would be greatly appreciated! Any feedback would also be appreciated! https://one-stop-steampunk.myshopify.com/

Do you make the things in your shop, or do you source them from elsewhere and re-sell?

Hi,

Might I suggest my own new website? www.kmcollectables.co.uk.  I am looking to increase my Steampunk collectables so any ideas or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
