This looks like one of those spams for which unique text was created by running it through machine translation twice or more:

     The user "Veolondon" posted the same video in the "Steampunk Spy Novel" thread twice. Both of his posts are in Russian (at least I assume that it is Russian) so I have no idea what it says, but I think it is spam. He claims to be from the Netherlands Antilles.

Thank you all for reporting spam, but could I remind everyone to please provide a link to the spam, or at least provide the username or the topic title and forum section it is in... It makes finding the offender a little easier. Hey, I'm lazy! 

The username alone is all we need to find and delete the spam and spammer in one go.
