There is a bit of a big backlog of spammers I need to clear up (been a little busy the last few days).

And for the record, I snagged a few myself, including a few registered from before the forum 'glitch', so around September last year and before.

Spammer slaughter will begin again shortly.  ;D

The spammers have been very active for the past 12 hours - I was clearing them as fast as they were appearing, early this morning.

The weekend always seems to bring a rush, don't know why.  :-\

1) Think I got them all, plus a few nobody had noticed.  There is a load (a few hundred) of spam accounts that were created in the days after the BG outage while the forum software was running in default mode (no anti-spam meassures). There will probably be more to come until the backlog of active accounts is cleared / banned.

2) Yes, there was...   Er, no idea on that one!  ???
