Suppose I better post up details of James companion.

Name: Mr Smith
Perspose: Watcher.
He is posted in this world by the Alliance of dimensions as an observer but is trained and armed with weapons able to handel James other side. He will fight if attacked but is forbidden from starting any action that could change events in this world.
He has his own hidden talents of which one is that he is not human.

I never understood how people would play rpgs and "in character" meet and instantly talk about their powers and magic items.    "I can fly and have a vorpal sword against trolls".....  But my character is shy and reticent.....

So I will make apologies here for the gruffness of my ranger.  He is anti social, and having someone announce their,take,on who he is and tell all about the ranger is sort of an intrusion from his perspective.

Lol, Look at the profile for james, he is based on me and the attude goes from friendly to stay away quickly without reason.
I also posses prop revolver rifle and sword so my artist has an idea what he looks like

I thought I was clear but just to clean it up, the Professor had spouted his "findings" of the ranger, then went on about being the only,one with no magic.

By addressing him in the last post in game, I thought it was clear that the ranger was annoyed with him specifically.  Sorry if it was not,clear.

Awesome.    I thought it,might have been a trick, since me carrying a bit of him,across,might count as being invited, and many wards don't work if you,invite them,in......   Or,is,that only,vampires?    Lol

Depends on what kind of shadow the shadow is, if its a shadow shadow they only light will work, a shadow entity on the otherhand may be effected by wards.

Professor,  I apologize for presuming your actions as to the pub I just posted.   I don't like to,write another player "walked here, said that" etc.  But it made the pub thing a lot,faster to me.   If you don't like,the way I put it, let me,know I will delete the post.

Reid: No, it's fine, you have my character's actions and personality down to a tee! although, one little nitpick, my character isn't actually a professor, above all other things, he is a detective through and through.
