This appears to be a wargaming convention.  Tickets £12 in advance, £20 on the door.  All traders stalls now taken.

'tis indeed a wargaming convention! Lots of folks gathered around many a table playing many a furious game! Or buying games. Lovely stuff.

One I always intended to head along to but never found myself in the right country at the right time. I'll try this year though, partly because I want to start producing my own minitures later in the year and it's allegedly a great show for meeting like minded people!

Shame, there are some great tabletop games out there these days, I wanted to meet the folk behind Arcworlde / Warploque last year.

Honestly, a little confused by the notion of it having a cosplay type thing going on, or even a theme. Dragonmeet (an RPG/games convention) had a cosplay thing this year and I only saw one person in costume, given the nature of the event it just seemed a little strange.
