Sorry you have had this bad news, but try not to get too far ahead of yourself; wait for the test results, there is always a chance that they could be negative but obviously that's so much easier for me to say than for you to do.
Whatever the result I'm sure we'll all be sending positive thoughts.

Oh no.  That's.... that's a bad hand you've been dealt there.  I'm so sorry. 
Persons intending to travel by open carriage should select a seat with their backs to the engine, by which means they will avoid the ashes emitted therefrom, that in travelling generally, but particularly through the tunnels, prove a great annoyance; the carriage farthest from the engine will in consequence be found the most desirable.
