I forgot the author of the first, almost flying steam plane. Alexander Mozhaisky. He was also a rear admiral, which meant he had a nice navy uniform.

He's be a great looking action figure, but he would have to have a toy airplane that he would fit in. Like the Luke Skywalker X-Wing Pilot action figure.
