I only have a basic digital camera.
Here's a couple of shots I took last night of three of our hedgehogs. Sometimes there are four.
The legs have fallen off my Victorian Lady...

You are a lucky man to have those beauties visit, could I ask if you feed them at all?, when my brother lived in the UK he put out food and was able to get some great close up photos.

As a side question how did you post the photos? I ve never seen an attachment option before (the paper clip logo thing)

We do indeed feed the hedgehogs every night. We place out a plate of hedgehog biscuits and cat food (not fish, they shouldn't eat fish).
Also bowls of water (but no milk which is bad for them).

One of then we've called Crunchy 'cause he's a noisy eater. We had to rescue him recently when a neighbour decided to burn their hedges without checking underneath. Crunchy got caught in the smoke and was breathing oddly. So we took him inside and put him in a box with some straw.
He recovered and when we released him we put him in a hedgehog house we'd had in the garden for two years without a resident. He's moved in. He lives on the patio just outside the back door. In the evening we go out to put the food down and he is always waiting in the regular spot.
The other hedgehogs only visit occasionally so getting three or four at once is quite an event.

We also feed foxes and many, many birds.

With regard to how I posted the pictures it's a direct link using the 'Attachment and other options' thing below this box I'm typing in.

Here's another visitor we see quite regularly.

It's actually a moderators-only feature, which we probably shouldn't be using except for things like screenshots in forum how-tos.

I didn't realise this and I'll stop using it.
Unless anybody can recommend a completely free hosting site for images I'll have to stop putting photos up.
I can't afford to pay for yet another thing.
Oh well, nice whilst it lasted.

No worries; I actually had to check the Permissions page to be sure. See my note in the Staff Lounge for my reasoning.

You need to select just the image URL, then paste it into [img][/img] tags. Seveneves might know an easier way.

Upload your photo, once uploaded, you get a drop box titled embed codes.

In viewer links go to BBcodes, click on BBcodefull, hovver over the link and click on copy top right in the box, then in BG paste  the link, auto img tags are there.

[img]https://i.ibb.co/B24SGxt/20220915-103303.jpg[/img]

Then it should appear in your post like this

Any hassles, let me know.

This is Crunchy.
Crunchy lives in a hedgehog house about 10 feet away from our back garden door.
He comes to greet us and whistles.
When a hedgehog whistles it is a sign of trust and contentment.
Crunchy is a happy hedgehog.

Hello Crunchie.  Aww! again.

Just out of curiosity, what are you feeding him?

We buy dry hedgehog food made specifically for their needs (Webbox or similar) and top it up with some wet cat food (mustn't contain fish or Vitamin D).
We never put out bread or milk which people often do but that's really bad for them.
And we always make sure there's a bowl of fresh water because dehydration is a problem with hedgehogs.
We also put fresh hay near the entrance to his little house in case he wants to 'make his bed'.

That is a common darter.

I normally get a bucket load of common red damselfly, but I think I've only seen one this year.

Edit....... I've just seen a diving beetle, not sure about that one.... extremely predatory, but let nature take its natura course.
