Has anyone ever heard of "Leagues of Adventure" by tripple ace games?

I stumbled over it a while ago and bought the rulebook - it honestly looks awesome but I cant find any community anywhere that plays it lol. I've been looking in RPG communities tho, so thought Id try a Steampunk one instead lol.
