Castlefest is one of the best known fantasy/sci-fi events of the Netherlands, at Castle 'de Keukenhof'  in Lisse. the event is held two times a year, one of which is in winter.

not really steampunk only, but it always attracts a lot of steampunks anyway, I thought to share.
