Groups in Twickenham, London

I live in Twickenham (London) and I can't find many steampunk social gatherings around my aria, I am aware that the League of Essextraordinary Gentlemen are close but they mainly seem to meet at events and not very regularly. Is there any group nearby that meet regularly, or if there is not is there anyone who would like to help set one up? I don't know anyone else who are interested in steampunk and would love to have the opportunity to meet and talk with others who share this passion.

The London Steampunk & Dieselpunk Club (L.S.D. for short, yes I know, I thought that as well) meet regularly at The Salisbury, 90 St Martins Lane, London, WC2N 4AP (that's next to Covent Garden).

We have our own area (or 'snug') in the pub.

Meetings are roughly every 3rd Thursday.
Attendance varies from 5 or 6 people to 20 or 25 people.

You may be right. I've only been able to make it once so far. But I intend to make more regular visits.
