Steam Powered Science is a Steampunk themed research facility that's participating in the BrickLink Designer Program.

Hosted by BrickLink, a LEGO owned website that sells used LEGO bricks, the BrickLink Designer Program allows fan-designers to create their own limited run LEGO model.  The firsts sets to a minimum 3,000 orders will be produced while the rest will be refunded.  A maximum of 10,000 sets will be made, so don't miss out at your chance to own this Steampunk themed set!

Steam Powered Science did not reach the minimum orders faster than the other sets. The round was decided in less than 30 minutes.
